The M/V Jared Phillips is a 4,200-horsepower towboat built by FMT Shipyard & Repair in 2020 for Parker Towing Company. Named in honor of Jared Phillips, Parker Towing's Director of Business Operations, the vessel represents a modern generation of inland towboats designed for service on the Black Warrior-Tombigbee Waterway, Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, Tennessee River, Ohio River, and Mississippi River systems.
Designed by FMT in consultation with Gilbert Associates, the Jared Phillips combines modern Caterpillar power with a compact, efficient profile that has become a familiar sight throughout Parker Towing's operating region. This listing is available as a boat-only model or paired with six Pine Bluff 200' deck barges in an empty cargo configuration.
